Is that a cat on your foot?

Hello!

We have had a few days of utter chaos here. Number One Son and family have been staying with us, and also we were babysitting our other two grandchildren so that their parents could have a weekend away.

Our new puppy was ecstatically delighted to suddenly be part of such a large litter and the best bit was definitely that one of said litter-mates wore cats on her feet! Brilliant! Four ears for Maisie to chew.

I have no idea whether any of this helped or hindered the training and socialising process for the pooch, but it was certainly fun.

Anyway, today we've been down to the vet for her second immunisation and a check-up. She's sound in wind and limb and weighs all of 1.77 kilos. She's been micro-chipped, and is currently bouncing around the house 'getting used to' (ie. chewing) her new collar.
